Founder, Principal

Sandy founded Broadmoor Solutions, a customer-focused organization that addresses critical business challenges through data and analytics. With over 35 years of IT experience, including 20+ years in Life Sciences, Sandy specializes in designing applications and optimizing business processes from clinical to sales and marketing. He is an expert in pharmaceutical and vaccine-related datasets. Prior to Life Sciences, Sandy spent over a decade developing near real-time applications for law enforcement, fire departments, and EMS organizations.

Erin Zeng

Project Manager - Strategy & AI

Joined Broadmoor in 2017 and has worked as a Business Analyst supporting Information Technology and Solutions. She has worked directly with business users, stakeholders and developers through all phases of the IT project lifecycle and has a deep understanding of true business needs. She has understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry supply chain with Analyzing the queries with technical teams to debug and rectify issues within Salesforce alignment tool that drives call activities, incentive compensation, and reporting for over 500 Sanofi Pasteur and VaxServe sales representatives.

Jennifer Crosland

Project Manager - Business Process Modeling

Since joining in 2020, Jennifer has leveraged her 15+ years of Project Management, Business Analysis, and Business Process Optimization experience to lead multiple cross-functional teams. Using her expertise to guide teams in the development of data technology solutions for sales, marketing, trade, and patient services drives on-time, on-budget project delivery while mitigating risks in digital data products and services resulting in a seamless execution of assigned deliverables.

Nichole Werner

Project Manager - Business Analyst

Since joining Broadmoor in 2021, Nichole has utilized her expertise as a Scrum Master and Project Manager to drive vaccine sales and market access initiatives. She was instrumental in implementing a $35M Model-N revenue management system, automating 1,680+ contracts, 4,500+ rebate and fee payments, and 182 GP calculations. With strong communication and problem-solving skills, Nichole also has over a decade of experience in marketing CMS-sponsored programs and supporting Medicare Advantage sales. Previously, she led a team developing LMS content on CAPA, GxP, and FDA Clinical Trials.

Randy Thiel

Key User Lead – Finance

Randy brings over 15 years of Project Management experience and joined Broadmoor in 2023 to lead the finance end-user team in implementing SAP S4/HANA. He specializes in supporting the Finance community, managing external platform interface connections, and testing end-to-end Finance processes. Randy holds a Master’s in Organizational Management, and is a certified PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Professional (ACP), SAFe Scrum Master, and SAFe Product Owner.

Veronica LaRocque

Manager - Business Analysis & Project Governance

Veronica is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in business analysis, project governance, and management. Since joining Broadmoor in 2021, she has demonstrated strong leadership, adaptability, and a talent for aligning teams. Certified in Scrum and MicroStrategy, and holding an MBA, she leverages her expertise to drive strategic outcomes and ensure successful project execution. Veronica's ability to navigate change and deliver results across diverse roles underscores her versatility and commitment to excellence.

Bharathi joined Broadmoor in 2010 and brings over 14 years of experience in leading complex data integration, migration, and management projects within the Life Sciences industry. Skilled in Oracle, Snowflake, AWS, Informatica, SAP S/4HANA, and more; she designs scalable solutions and optimizes performance. She has led cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data solutions, driving cost savings, improving reporting, and supporting strategic decisions. In 2018, she won the 'Excellence in Leadership & Project Management' award.

With over 8 years of experience in software engineering, Craig specializes in frontend and backend web development and project management. He excels in creating sophisticated web and mobile applications using technologies like React, React Native, and integrates iOS/Android native modules for cross-platform functionality. Proficient in JavaScript tools like Node.js, Redux, GraphQL, and databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL, Craig also leverages Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to build scalable, reliable applications.
